Meet Your Producer

Film is my whole life. From about the age of nine, I have been deeply enthralled in the process and study of filmmaking. Some of my biggest inspiration has come from VFX heavy films like Star Wars Episode 2. Despite it's heavy criticism, that film was one of the major contributions to my desire to get into the Visual Effects and Animation industries.

I feel like Animation in the United States isn't held to as high a regard as other forms of filmmaking. I really want to change the stigma that many adults have toward animation. It's really not just for kids. A story told through animation can have levels of symbolism and meaning that couldn't be as easily captured in live-action. Not to mention the fact that some stories that require CG may be improved by an all CG environment, instead of attempting to integrate complex VFX into live-action. There are a definitely films that are less enjoyable because of noticeably unrealistic CGI.

I'm working to create films that are dramatic and even terrifying. My film The Boo Hag is going to be just that. My story of Abidemi and his mother is one that is painful and frightful, but is also touching. It will also be fully animated .

As a Producer, I am dedicated to keeping track of the many layers of production and ensuring that every film that I work on comes to fruition as efficiently as possible. Spreadsheets and lists are actually fun for me. I just love seeing things come together.
